so the vast majority of my family are fairly strong republicans, and as the election get closer i’ve been being “lectured” by a couple of my aunts because they know i live in a very liberal area and that i am more liberal than conservative

but the way they do it is like “oh we’ve got to teach tasia so she’s not corrupted here tasia listen to us we know what we’re talking about you can trust us”

and it’s frustrating because i don’t want to disrespect them but i still have to stand up for what i believe in and 

politics is hard and dumb
